Day’s Walk, Talk & Harvest Tour
We regularly host tours of Day’s Walk Farm, our certified organic, mixed crop market garden, conveniently located in suburban Melbourne.
Join us for a behind-the-farmgate look at the labour and love that goes into growing some of Melbourne’s finest produce! Together, we will walk around the farm, learning about our regenerative farming practices, our native revegetation project, funky heritage vegetables and more. You will also have the opportunity to harvest your own veggie box to take home, as well as pick the brains of one of our experienced farmers.
The details
Tours take place on either a Saturday, Sunday or Monday (see upcoming dates below) and run from 8.30-11am.
Groups are kept to a maximum of 15 people.

Please note, children will need an accompanying adult.
The tour will commence at 8.30am when one of our expert farmers will come and collect you from the carpark. You will tour the farm, harvesting produce and asking questions as you go. Then there will be a morning tea break, with drinks and snacks provided, before you head back out into the field until the tour wraps at 11am.
Participants are encouraged to come prepared for all weather! In the event of severe weather, tours will be cancelled and fully refunded.
